Figure of Speech
Figures of speech often provide emphasis, freshness of expressions and clarity. It’s awesome to pronoun properly those part of figure of speech. I realize I have to strive myself to be familiarize this, so that I am good in grammar. Although is just that a figurative language. As I’ve learned, it might be words with a literal meaning; a certain arrangements of words, figure of speech can be fun.
It is useful when you are explaining something to another person; it often helps to compare the new thing to something that the person is familiar with.
They perform it well, I like in the way they pronounce it. And they give us an amazing quiz.
Emotions_Facial Expressions
Emotions are somehow energy in motion. Whatever we see, feel, touch, hear and taste will be summarized as either painful or pleasurable feelings. Feelings are manifested in our body. Implication for that if we want to recognize our feelings we must listen to our bodies to what is tells us because body never lies. Feelings are deeply you cannot personal unique to the person. How one feel is determined by experiences? You cannot instruct another person how to feel or not to feel (you can’t say; ayaw lang kasuko ha?) we must allow other person’s feelings – allow them to be we are not responsible for the feelings of others nor they are responsible for ours. If I tell you my thoughts I’m sharing a part of me; if I tell you about my feelings I am telling who I am. We cannot deny our feelings. No person will ever turn violent if feelings are expressed.
It is noted that facials expressions linked to these emotions are involuntarily we react automatically to things that trigger these emotional responses and that this reaction often happens our conscious mind has time to register the causes of that emotion. If you want to have a good life; its best influence a positive reaction rather than negative. Use this both real life and your online life, enjoy improvement to your life.

Scientific Method
I feel good about scientific method; it is a body of techniques for investigating, acquiring new knowledge. A method of procedure that has steps to follow such as; observation, asked questions, forms a hypothesis, procedure and generalization. Somehow it is important when conducting a research for as to know the flow or guide. I think it is not necessarily to use in a reality. In a situation it could be apply few steps without knowing.
In general, it’s stretching to apply the findings to new conditions and domains, scientists may acquire further insights. My reaction is where are the insights in the scientific process? The “scientific method” will in my own understanding there is no official definition of the scientific method, but I think most scientists would agree about the basic steps.
Motivation
This topic is interesting I feel motivated, as I understood motivation is concerned with the why of behaviour. We motivate because we are being. We use the concepts such as motives, needs, and incentives. I’ve learned extrinsic versus intrinsic motives, that the achievements motivation can be driven by performance of learning goals or both. In school settings, grades are important because they are connected with tangible benefits, but learning for its own sake is also of value and can provide great pleasure.
In general, according to Maslow, that people also motivated by a conscious desire for personal growth. In the sense, of the reporter discuss about Maslow’s Hierarchy, in the help of self-initiated striving to become what one is capable being.

Bill of Rights of the 1987 Philippines Constitution
It is very interesting topic and the reporters present it well. However it is the declaration and enumeration of the fundamental civil and rights of a person with the primary purpose of safeguarding the person from violations by the government, as well as by individual and group in. It is very important that we should know all the rights, power and to be aware of those law that they implement with. In the help of this, we can live a peaceful country. It provides basic education, its good all of us aware of these rights in a matter we can defend ourselves no matter what happen.
In generalization, there are 22 rights they implement such as 1. Right to due process and equal protection in life, liberty, and property. 2. Arrests, searches and seizures, 3. Rights to privacy, liberty of abode and right to travel. 4. Right to information. 5. Right to just compensation. 6. Right to bail and so on. Through this, I can familiar and recall my Pol. Sci.1. It’s very important to us so that no one can easy pass their mistakes and for the safety of individuals.
Gender of Nouns
The gender of nouns plays an important role in the grammar of some languages. My reaction to the reporter it should be a loud voice so that the others in the back can hear. In their demo they provide a clear visual aid together with their examples. Analogously, most of their groups are late comers, only one explains their discussion. Anyways, it would be more like mixing up a and the maybe? Thing is, the word itself isn't really impacted. And even with words that have two different meanings depending on gender, I can't think of a situation where it would be confusing. But some of gender nouns are easy to familiarize.
I understand and aware those they had discuss which are for women, masculine and for specific, general, common, the important thing which of them they belongs to.

Elements of the Story
They are true masters at combining the five key elements that go into every great short story: character, setting, conflict, plot and theme. About their report I was so amaze. I can say good job, from the very beginning up to last, I was impress with their motivation. I take it seriously to listen and understand. They attempted to identify individually, those parts of elements in the story. I can have a reference to be analogously in a way they report. And by providing some materials and games that make us happy and interesting one. They emphasize it preparedly.
The important of this topic is how to determine some parts of elements in the story, how we are going to analyze each situation in every episode. It was organize and makes them us awake during the discussion. In the sense, that the ability in the areas is forming generalizations and inferences are by exposing students to the elements of the short story.
Branches of Philosophy
The importance of this is that it involves our daily life. We’re being able to think rationally and logically.  They show us some of example and to identify seven branches and individually explain it to us. In the sense, of metaphysics and epistemology it refers to the study of the origins, nature. Although it may not be so useful somehow willed, philosophers are deliberated to know deeper about God if it exists, in order to clarify them is that we called theodicy which means the study of the defense of God amidst evil. It is stated that they called Theo’s is refers to God, while dike is justice.
It is the matter of an art; they show the things that could exist.  In my point of view about the idea of Aristotle in his Nicomachean ethics, human being should live a life with virtue in order to acquire good life that leads to fulfilment of life and this is the idea of happiness.

Solar System
It is important to know about solar system, which means is composed of 8 planets. The reporter draw and state individually, in the way that the listener could be able to identify some planet such as Venus, Mars, and Jupiter, Earth it is our home and support life. It has atmosphere, then somehow they state how far to the sun. They discuss each and uses of each.

Mysteries in Lamanoc Island         2
Abstract
The mystical island in Lamanoc where located in Anda is the farthest among the coastal barrios of the town, 98 kilometres from Tagbilaran. Lamanoc Island displays the beauty of unspoilt nature and rustic history and culture of early Andahanons. The name Lamanoc was derived from the practice of shamans in preparing for their rituals in Lamanoc Cave. They usually bring native chicken (manok) as the main offering to their gods. This practice still lives on until now. Though shrouded in mystery and myths the beauty of Lamanoc Island doesn’t irk tourists who keep visiting the place. Whatever the myths, the place remains an idyllic location for sandy beaches and crystal clear sea and diving haven. It has been a holy spot, where local priests and medicine men, called baylan or tambalan, made their offerings to nature spirits, or diwata who were believed to reside here, and where called upon to provide a bountiful harvest or good catch. These practices continued long after the Spanish had converted the islands to Catholicism, with people mixing their ancestral believes with the new teachings.

Mysteries in Lamanok Island: Fact or Fiction?
Filipinos in the 21st century still believe in Faith Healing. The notion that prayer, divine intervention or the ministrations of an individual healer can cure illness has been popular throughout history. Miraculous recoveries have been attributed to a myriad of techniques commonly lumped together as "faith healing. For so many years investigators have studied this subject and written their findings. The babaylans in Filipino indigenous tradition is a person who is gifted to heal the spirit and the body; a woman who serves the community through her role as a folk therapist, wisdom-keeper and philosopher; a woman who provides stability to the community’s social structure; a woman who can access the spirit realm and other states of consciousness and traffic easily in and out of these worlds; a woman who has vast knowledge of healing therapies". As described by Leny Strobel
Spiritual interventions that pay homage to ancestral spirits were the usual rituals of babaylans. The rituals could be preventative or curative, and were designed to counteract the ill intent of the causative spirit. The rites were meant to empower the ill person against their affliction. As a preventative measure, the ritual can be seen as easing anxiety regarding any future attempts. As a curative measure, the ritual functions in much the same way: the ill person may feel relieved that actions are being taken to heal in a prompt and efficient manner. In these cases, the rights act as mental relief which increases the overall well being of the ill.

Bantug in his book A Short History of Medicine in the Philippines During The Spanish Regime (1565-1898) there were "no authentic monuments have come down to us that indicate with some certainty early medical practices" regarding the "beginnings of medicine in the Philippines" a historian from the United States named Edward Gaylord Borne described that the Philippines became "ahead of all the other European colonies" in providing healthcare to ill and invalid people during the start of the 17th century, a time period when the Philippines was a colony of Spain.
In the hierarchy of Philippine alternative healers, faith healers belong to a separate category of 'specialization.' Their numbers are uncertain. A spirit’s group in the Philippines - the Union Espiritista Christiana de Filipinas - has an estimated 10,000 members trained in mediumistic-healing scattered throughout the Philippines However, the rural landscape is replete of stories of healers, saved from illness or death into sudden epiphanies to a healing craft, practicing in relative anonymity or hesitant burgeoning fame, their renown spreading through the grapevine of the rural faithful. Some started their healing craft as albularyos, medicos or hilots. Although their healing ways differ, they share an attribution of their healing power to a higher being often, a gift bestowed on them by the Holy Spirit; or, that they are merely healing mediums of the Holy Spirit. Most remembers a divine encounter, a mystical experience,  or in their childhood or early adult life, a spiritual possession or being "entered" by a being, and a life thereafter, being guided into the path of healing. paintings – made with bare hands – that date back tens of thousands of years. Travel 15 minutes by habal-habal or tricycle to the jumping-off point, where small boats bring you out to the island. On the island a small information centre will arrange your tour, which involves walking and canoeing through caves to see these ancient rock paintings as well as old dugout coffins and fossilised giant clams. In the Municipality of Anda website they describe the island as the mystical island of Lamanoc – Touted as the Cradle of Anda’s Civilization, Lamanoc Island displays the beauty of unspoilt nature and rustic history and culture of early Andahanons. According to the folklore, the name Lamanoc was derived from the practice of shamans in preparing for their rituals in Lamanoc Cave.  They usually bring native chicken (manok) as the main offering to their gods.  This practice still lives on until now.  RED HEMATITE ROCK HAND PRINTS Lamanok point, Badiang, Anda, Bohol.  Some tourists and archeologists say that this wall exhibits unusual markings that would probably connote the writing of prehistoric people inhabited in this area.  A significant place to visit in Anda, the rock painting is located in an isolated place and inaccessible except by boat or on foot. The streaks in the cave are hematite paintings from the blood of animals; while the white color comes from gypsum or diatomaceous earth. Pigments are mixed with water, animal fat or plant juices to prepare the paint; then the mixture is applied through fingers or animal tails.
The cave is a favourite ritual site for shamans or faith healers during holy week. It had been an old burial place of Boholanos ancestors.
Lamanoc Island takes its name from chickens. White chickens, to be exact, that were used by shamans as sacrifice to the spirits or diwatas.

Method
Participants
A total of 14 female students who were enrolled in a Filipino psychology course at University of Bohol participated in this research study. Where we explore the mystical island.
Materials
We use camera, recorder, pen, and notebook. For taking down the important details of what Mang Fortunato has elaborated to us.
Procedure
For this research, upon our arrival at Lamanoc Island our tour guide Mang Fortunato a very informative explained us the story of the mystical Island. Surprisingly brims with so much history and folklore. Archaeological artefacts discovered in the island reveal a thriving ancient civilizalation residing in the region of Bohol, since the Stone Age or Palaeolithic period.   First we’ve take a short walk on a bamboo path or boardwalk over a mangrove to the ocean and then it has a relaxing boat ride to the island with the lonesome parcel of limestone that surrounded by shallow waters. As a matter of fact, when the tide is low, it’s possible to wade in the water and reach the island on foot. For convenience, however, tourists reach the island in 10 minutes by paddle boat from a jetty at the end of a 310-meter boardwalk that cuts through a lush mangrove forest from the access road. When visiting Lamanoc Island, visitors are

asked to respect the sacred site by keeping voices low and avoid horse play, unless you want to disturb the spirits that reputedly reside on the island, while asking the question to the boatmen about the mystical history of the Island in fact it applied the Katutubong Pamamaraan ng Pananaliksik such as Pakikipagkwentuhan, Patanong-tanong, Pakikiramdam, Pakikisama, and Pagmamasid. Using this methods we the researcher gained more information about the Mystical Island in the other hand; it is called the “sacred place of the spirits” where believed that faith healers or shamans can only  communicate the spirits through diwata ritual offerings and ask for safety of every tourist who wish to visit in the island. And through Pakikipagkwentuhan we have experience goose bumps because Mang Fortunato explained to us about the supernatural sightings that are not rare. He further adds that we were lucky our cameras actually worked while inside the cave, as they have been numerous occasions when his guest’s cameras malfunctioned after stepping inside the cave.
Results and Discussion
A mystical tour in Lamanoc Island,  The researchers conclude that, Lamanoc Island is not just a beautiful nature spot, where you can see various types of plants, animals, including some indigenous, but also it has a long mystical history attached to it, a widespread spiritual belief in which spirit of nature. This island is generally made up of limestone and the terrain.  In fact, it has been called the sacred place of the spirit. Since pre-colonial times a holy spot, where local priest and medicine

men. Analogously baylan or tambalan, made their offerings to nature spirits, shamans or diwata, who were believed to reside here.
A local guide, Mang Fortunato, was already explaining things to the researcher as they arrived. Lamanoc Island takes its name from chickens. White chickens, to be exact, that were used by shamans as sacrifice to the spirits or diwatas. The island is mystical, as he says. Trying to be as quiet as we can so as not to disturb the spirits living in the island, the researcher filed one by one through a narrow trail that leads upwards and opens to one of the five known caves in the island. At its mouth, pieces of secondary burial coffins known as lungons and old broken earthenware jars lay; ransacked by bandits of old, believing them to contain gold only to find skeletal remains inside. On the other hand, Mang Fortunato together with the researchers walked some steps more and came to a limestone wall smeared with a red substance. There were stories that these were blood smears from pirates massacred by angels. But from a study made, the stains were actually hematite or red iron oxide, a substance found in the nearby hills of Katipunan. The hematite paintings as they are dubbed are said to be the work of ancient Stone Age people living in the area. Up to now, no one knows what the paintings symbolize, only that they were smeared by hand. Every once in a while, they’ve pass shells of giant clams, which were believed to be used as vessels for offerings by old Boholanos baylan. Adding to the mystery of the island, Lamanoc was once said to shelter to a local witch named Ka Iska. It was said that she fled to one of the caves in the island as the townsfolk started persecuting her. From the story the
Mysteries in Lamanoc Island         9
researcher’s gather from the local guide, they never did find her body. But the real mystery of Lamanoc Island hides behind the cave named after the island itself. It is said
Those diwata rituals are still performed here by local babaylans, offering chickens to the spirits for bountiful harvests.  Supernatural sightings by visitors are not rare, the local guide relates. He further adds that we were lucky our cameras actually worked while inside, as they have been numerous occasions when his guest’s cameras malfunctioned after stepping inside the cave.
On the other hand, every good Friday culturally itself they are arrived in to shaman area just to have a ritual in order to renew their power as a healer. Very productive one, it is recognized as a “cradle of civilization” in the province, the uninhabited of Lamanoc (sometimes spelled Lamanok) in Anda, Bohol. As for today, Lamanoc Island is still considered to be mystical for some reason. The stories about witchcrafts and some haunting spirits are still widespread and there are also some locals that can testify about the mystery surrounding the island. But for us who were just visited the island for once remains a question, is it a fact or just a fiction?

“Explain the Aristotlelian Doctrine of the mean using a particular concrete personal experience.”
So, to explain the Doctrine of the mean, Aristotle believes that, it consist respectively of the excess and the defect  in our lives , base in my experience, makasulti ko sa subra nga pagkatulog nako nahimotang kini  sa excess ug diin  usab sa kuwang  ko ug tulog nahimotang sa  want or kuwang.  Kung kini pagalikayan sa akong pagkadugay mamata, nga dili dapat ko mo lapas/ excess.  Then, dili usab pud ko kuwangan ug tulog. Para maayo ang akong pagmata, ug naay energy sa matag adlaw nako nga lihokun. For me, wala koy sakto or balance sa akong nasinati.  Then, it’s look up for the mean and chooses it. These means are not the same for each person, but are relative to the character of each person. Unsaon kini para ma aim ang balance/sakto?   Para nako, I must be attentive to my details. Among these are those concerning my own character. Kinahanglan pud ko makarealize ug kamao sad ko mo adjust sa akong nasinati or sa English pa experience. Like, I must know my limitations and set a time for everything and fix it.  Kinahanglan usab nako pagabantayan, both excess and defect. In order to be balance, usa pud kinahanglan ko mo buhat which is good for me.  Kay kabalo naman ko ug asa padulong ang subra ug kuwang, unya kanang walay pagpihig-pihig, diin kini gitawag ug sakto.

In doing so, I realize that certain settings bring out the worst in me, and try to avoid those settings. And commit the mean. But on the other hand, it’s difficult to achieve or to aim the mean, kay as a Human being is more liable man gud ta both excess and defect, than the mean.  Tagsa-tagsa nato kinahanglan pa mo possess, which direction he must move in order to get closer to the mean. Mao nay giingon nga relative to us, so para pud nako, tagsa ra ang makabantay sa mean. Pareha nako! karon pako naka encounter on how to be balance and to determine the excess and defect. Ug dinhi lang nako tapuson! Salamat. J

Introduction
The term Personality comes from the Latin word “persona” which referred to a theatrical mask work by performers. The definition would be that personality is made up of the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that make a person unique. In addition to this, personality arises from within the individual and remains fairly consistent throughout life. Some personalities are positive, analytical, spirited and expressive.  Different individual personalities are what make people so fascinating and interesting to interact with. Every human being possesses a personality unique to them whose traits manifest themselves daily through the person's thoughts, choices, and involvements with others. Nearly every decision that a person makes, from the friends they choose, to job they employ, to their particular tastes, can be linked back to their specific personality.  Personalities say a lot about who you are as a person. The purpose of personality analysis is that, they aim to determine why people act differently in certain situations, why he or she acts in a particular manner. In doing so, what causes individuals develop their specific personality traits. Determine how people’s behavior affects their lives. Also establish how life can be improved. The importance discovery of the self is to accept and love yourself for you who you are, no matter what you’ve been through and what you’ve learned. Acceptance makes all the difference in your confidence and self-esteem. Self-discovery forces you to look inward and find your natural talents. When you know who you are, you care less about what others think of you. You no longer need anyone else’s approval, and you become more comfortable with your true self, it can improve your relationships. It can also make you physically healthier. You begin to value yourself more, and a consequence, you eat better, you get out more, and you start to give your body what it truly needs. “Love is loud and infectious; it stands out. Love yourself and others will follow, but no matter who comes along, just know that no one will love you like you love yourself. Own yourself, your thoughts and your mind, and there’s nothing anyone can do or say that can take you away from YOU. “
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” – Aristotle
Evelyn B. Amora: HER PERSONALITY

My name of my mother is Evelyn B. Amora. My mother is an ideal housewife. She comes in a simple and loving family. She is very polite, affectionate and intelligent. She knows how to find ways in terms of problems. She is now 38 years of age. Have two Children namely:  Marlyn and Marven and one handsome husband Mr. Mario.  She manages the family very nicely. She does every household work. She takes great care of all of us. She loves us very dearly. She is ready to sacrifice her own happiness for our own happiness. She hopes to see us happy even at the cost of her own life. She holds our good above everything in the world. Her anxiety knows no bounds if we fall ill. She does not enjoy a wink of sleep. But her face beams with joy when we come round. She is also very kind to the poor. She tries to help the poor as far as possible.
The same token, my mother possesses a good sense of sanitation. She keeps our house neat and clean. She is a woman of delicate taste. She bears a good moral character. She advises us to follow the path of truth and honesty. She also advises us to be polite, gentle and modest. I hold my mother in profound respect. I am greatly indebted to my mother.
One of the most important in my life is my mother. Not only did she carry me for nine months but she continues to support and love me regardless of what I have put her through to bring me up. So far, my mother has a great impact in my life. Many has come and passed but she keeps by my side helping and advising me on all the important values of a good life.
On the other hand, she has shown us that with hard work and determinations anything is possible.my mother are patient and she puts her heart on something, she doesn’t give up until she sees results. My mother and I are close and normally go to her for advice. She has taught me a lot and has helped me become a better person in life.

Mentally, she is intelligent and knows the solution to almost any problems I seek advice first. I have seen her struggle day to day to ensure we are all ok. She is a strong woman and doesn’t let any setbacks hold her back.
Analogous, my mother is always there for us and always pushes us to go after our dreams. She doesn’t put any pressure on me but walks me in every step to ensure that I am in the right path towards achieving my goals. My mother taught me and my brother so much and will always be grateful. She is a very good singer, in our family. My mother is very good and kind hearted. She likes to see everyone happy. My mother is an ideal woman. She is always ready to help others. She leads a very simple life.
Base in my observation, she is not a perfectionist one. She has a potential and ability to understand individuals.  My mother is so sociable and funny one. I’m so proud that she became a President in Women’s Association in our placed. She is so talkative and when she gets mad she looks like a monster.  In times of being alone, automatically my mother went to her friends making dissert, playing a “Braha” and doing Zumba dance, but then, she has also a time to mingle together with their niece and especially our family. My mother has a value of preparedness, it is because they tend use her time to think of, what should be the next will happen and what should I use to, like preparing an event and daily routine.
As I see, being a mother is not an easy one. They have to be brave in order to attain a good family and good life. They do their best in times of struggle and weaknesses. It is very difficult task being parents. In short, mother is a commander of a one family. I loved my mother very much.

Theoretical Background

Openly, in my mother personal analysis According to Jung’s theory believed that each of us is motivated not only by repressed experiences but also by certain emotionally toned experiences inherited from our ancestors. These inherited images make up the collective unconscious. The CU includes those elements that we have never experienced individually but which have come down to us from our ancestors.

Therefore, my mother is indebted to her family. In the sense of her attitudes and inherit behavior towards her ancestor.  She comes in a simple and loving family. She’s an introverted thinking, in a sense of giving a love of wisdom to our family. She also has a psychological type which is extraverted feeling, in every experience my mother will evaluate objectively like; she is always ready to help others. In short, she is merciful. She leads a very simple life and a very kind hearted. Another psychological intuitive is extraverted intuitive, and introverted sensing.

Analysis
In the first part as I analyze, my mother has concerned many creative activities in her life. It is because base on the theory of Carl Jung, she indebted to his/her ancestor. Constantly, she is a type of person who always prepared in every daily lives. I conclude that, her mama or my Lola as I’ve see is also like my mother.
Certainly, within his preferred mode of conscious activity, each person also has preferred functions. Jung distinguishes four main functions: thought, feeling, sensation, and intuition. Thought evaluates whether things are true or false; feeling, whether they are agreeable or disagreeable. Because this pair of opposite functions imposes our concepts of true/false, good/bad on reality, Jung calls them rational functions. Sensation and intuition, on the other hand, simply acquaint us with things. Whether we find that “this is red” or “1 and 1 is 2,” we simply apprehend what is there. Jung calls intuition “a perception based on self-evidence,” which illustrates his notion that both sensation and intuition help us apprehend reality. Since, in his view, outer reality is thus received without the imposing of reason upon it, he calls this pair of functions irrational. She already have an extraverted feeling, in a way that she always think others if they are all ok. She is objectively doing well because she knows what is good.
For the sake of his mental health as well as his maturity, a man must transcend his conscious ego, must relinquish his unthinking identification with the persona and try to reach his true self, the “midpoint of his personality,” which makes both poles of his personality, conscious and unconscious, accessible to him. Such individuation is a natural, even instinctive, process. But if it is made conscious, the individual gains insight and enlarges his consciousness. If he does not take part in this process consciously, individuation will still occur; but it will victimize him ([1952] 1958).
In doing so, my mother is active in structural model proponent Sigmund Freud such; she is ready to sacrifice her own happiness for our own happiness. She hopes to see us happy even at the cost of her own life. In relation to structural Model of Sigmund Freud which is the slightly id.
